Catey GmbH provides the following financial services, each tailored to the client's financial situation, risk capacity, and investment objectives.

Discretionary asset management

Catey manages client assets held at a custodian bank on a discretionary basis, in accordance with a written asset management agreement and the client's defined investment strategy.

Compliance-based portfolio management

For executives subject to insider trading restrictions, Catey builds and monitors pre-approved investment portfolios, reporting directly to the client's compliance department.

Stock option & deferred compensation advice

Advisory and management services covering the full lifecycle of stock option plans — from grant through vesting, exercise, and investment of proceeds.

Independence

Catey operates independently of banks and financial product providers. No exclusive arrangements exist. Catey does not trade on its own account.
